  • 2 boxes of 24-count Crayola crayons - one for each semester

  • 2 boxes of tissues

  • 3 poly pocket folders with prongs - red, blue and green

  • 4 wide-ruled composition notebooks, standard 7.5" x 9.75" size - no wire notebooks

  • Thin black Expo dry-erase markers

Please do not send hard-sided pencil cases, boxes, or cases with locks and keys. These will be sent home.

FOURTH GRADE

Individual supplies:

  • 1 vinyl two-pocket take-home folder

  • 5 two-pocket folders

  • 3 spiral or composition notebooks

  • Headphones

Classroom supplies - teachers will collect these on the first day:

  • Glue sticks

  • 2 highlighters

  • 1 container of disinfectant wipes

MCCARTHY STUDENTS ONLY

In addition to the fourth-grade list, McCarthy students need:

  • 2 plastic two-pocket folders - yellow and orange

  • 1 canister of Lysol wipes

  • 1 large clipboard, available at Dollar Tree

FIFTH GRADE

Please put the student’s name on all individual supplies.

Individual supplies:

  • 1 refillable water bottle

  • 1 homework planner

  • 1 two-inch binder

  • 1 pack of binder dividers with 5 dividers

  • 1 pocket folder

  • 3 one-subject spiral notebooks:

    • 1 red notebook for math

    • 1 blue notebook for reading

    • 1 notebook of any color for writing

  • Headphones

  • Optional: computer mouse

  • 1 sturdy, reusable tote bag for carrying binders and belongings between classes

  • 1 pencil bag - no pencil box

The following supplies should fit inside the pencil bag:

  • 1 box of crayons, colored pencils or markers

  • 2 black Sharpie markers

  • 2 red pens

  • 2 highlighters

  • 1 pair of scissors

Class supplies - these will be collected and shared:

  • 2 packs of pencils
